The Postal Kiosk is primarily made of western red cedar. This is a light, rot-resistant and insect-repellant wood. The roof is made of painted standing-seam aluminum.
Is Lighting Provided? Yes, a light fixture and concealed wiring are provided with the kiosk. The fixture is contained within the roof-top cupola.

How is it packaged? The postal kiosk comes as pre-assembled modules: posts, rails, frets, weather shield panels and roof sections.
Installation is relatively simple: no cutting, hammering or sanding required. All modules bolt together. Postal Kiosks arrive ready to assemble in one-day on a prepared foundation. Maintenance personnel can easily install without the need of a professional contractor.
Assembly typically takes one day for 2 people (16 man hours) on a prepared foundation.
Do I have to anchor it and how? The Postal Kiosk requires permanent anchoring into masonry using supplied steel anchor straps. Please refer to our foundation plans on the product page for details.
Is it a problem if my foundation matches the slope of the sidewalk? No, the Postal Kiosk posts can be trimmed and placed on surfaces with up to 4 inches of pitch
