Program Overview

The Budget Mailboxes Pro Rewards program rewards members with points for various activities, which can be redeemed for discount codes on future purchases. Members earn points every time they shop and through engagement activities.

This program applies to online purchases only.

Membership

Eligibility:

Open to all customers 18 years of age or older with a valid email address
One account per customer/household

Account Creation Benefits:

Members receive 500 points immediately upon account creation

Point Earning Structure

Members earn points through the following activities:

Purchase-Based Rewards:

Regular Purchases: 1 point per dollar spent (excluding taxes, shipping, and fees)
First Large Purchase: 2,500 points for the first purchase of $3,000 or more (one-time bonus)

Engagement Rewards:

Account Creation: 500 points (one-time bonus)
Product Reviews: 1,500 points per review
Photo Reviews: Additional 2,500 points when adding a photo to a review
Video Reviews: Additional 2,500 points when adding a video to a review
Social Media Follows:

Follow on Twitter: 200 points
Follow on YouTube: 200 points

Social Sharing: Share on Facebook: 200 points
Refer a Friend: 25 points per successful referral (friend must spend $200 or more)

Point Crediting:

Points are credited within 48 hours of qualifying activity
Review points are awarded after review approval and publication
Referral points are awarded after the referred friend completes a qualifying purchase

Activity Limits

To maintain program integrity and ensure fair participation, the following limits apply to point-earning activities:

Product Reviews:

Earn 1,500 points for each product you review
Limit: One review per product purchased
Points awarded after review approval and publication

Photo Reviews:

Earn an additional 2,500 points when you add a photo to your review
Limit: One photo per product review

Video Reviews:

Earn an additional 2,500 points when you add a video to your review
Limit: One video per product review

Social Media Follows:

Follow on Twitter: 200 points (one-time per platform)
Follow on YouTube: 200 points (one-time per platform)

Social Sharing:

Share on Facebook: 200 points (one-time)

Referral Program:

Earn 25 points for each friend who makes a qualifying purchase of $200 or more
No limit on number of referrals

These limits help us reward genuine customer feedback and engagement while preventing spam or duplicate submissions.

Eligible Purchases

Points are earned on all eligible product purchases. Specific product exclusions, if any, will be clearly communicated on product pages and in promotional terms.

Point Redemption

Redemption Rate:

100 points = $1

Available Reward Levels:

500 points = $5 off
1,000 points = $10 off
2,500 points = $25 off
5,000 points = $50 off
10,000 points = $100 off
25,000 points = $250 off
50,000 points = $500 off

Redemption Process:

Click "Redeem points" to generate a discount code
Copy and paste the code at checkout
Codes must be applied during the checkout process
One reward code per order unless otherwise specified

No Minimum Purchase Requirements:

Reward codes have no minimum order value requirements
All reward levels can be redeemed on any qualifying order
Choose the reward level that best matches your purchase to maximize value

Maximizing Your Rewards:

Reward codes are applied as one-time discounts
If your discount code value exceeds your order total, the unused portion cannot be saved for future orders
Points are not refunded for unused coupon value
We recommend selecting a reward level close to your order value
Example: For a $45 order, you can redeem 2,500 points ($25 off) and pay $20, OR redeem 5,000 points ($50 off) for a free order (with $5 unused discount forfeited)
Tip: Consider saving points for larger purchases to maximize your reward value

Point Combination and Stacking Rules

What You CAN Combine:

Pro Rewards point redemption codes CAN be combined with standard promotional pricing
Points work like earned cash and provide value beyond advertised promotions

What You CANNOT Combine:

Reward codes cannot be combined with other discount codes or coupon codes
Reward codes cannot be used for bulk discount orders
Reward codes cannot be applied to manual invoices or custom quotes

Using Rewards by Phone:

Our Support team can help you place online orders over the phone
Your Pro Rewards codes work normally when Support processes your order through our website

Important Notes:

Only one reward code can be used per order unless otherwise specified
Pro Rewards members may receive additional exclusive offers beyond standard promotional pricing

Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

Budget Mailboxes reserves the right to deduct points from accounts when orders are returned, canceled, or refunded.

Point Deductions:

Points earned from a purchase may be deducted if that order is returned or refunded
Point deductions will be processed in accordance with the original transaction
Members will be notified if points are deducted from their account

Point Expiration

Expiration Timeline:

Points expire 12 months from the date they are earned
Expiration applies to individual point transactions, not the entire account balance

Expiration Notifications:

Members will receive email notifications when points are approaching expiration
Notifications will include the number of points expiring and the expiration date
Members are responsible for monitoring their point balance and expiration dates

Extending Points:

Earning new points or making a qualifying purchase does not extend the expiration date of existing points
Points are applied on a first-earned, first-expired basis

Anniversary Reward

In addition to points-based rewards, Pro Rewards members receive an annual anniversary reward.

Anniversary Reward Details:

Members receive a $50 off discount coupon on the anniversary of their account creation
Coupon is automatically issued annually
No minimum purchase requirement for anniversary reward
Coupon terms and expiration will be specified when issued
This reward is separate from the points-based rewards program

Program Terms

Points are non-transferable between accounts (handled on case-by-case basis by customer service)

Fraudulent Activity

Fraudulent activity includes any attempt to abuse, exploit, or misuse the Pro Rewards program. Accounts found engaging in fraudulent activity will be subject to immediate termination and forfeiture of all points.

Fraudulent activities include but are not limited to:

Creating multiple accounts to exploit point earning
Posting fake, spam, or misleading reviews
Using bots or automated systems to earn points
Exploiting promotional loopholes or system errors

Account Termination:

Budget Mailboxes reserves the right to terminate accounts for fraudulent activity
Terminated accounts forfeit all accumulated points
No refunds or compensation will be provided for terminated accounts

Membership Tiers

The Pro Rewards program currently operates with a single membership level. There are no tiered memberships (e.g., Silver, Gold, Platinum) at this time. All members earn and redeem points at the same rate regardless of purchase volume or account history.

Budget Mailboxes reserves the right to introduce tiered membership levels in the future with advance notice to members.

Program Modifications

Budget Mailboxes reserves the right to modify or terminate the Pro Rewards program at any time, without prior notice.

Changes to Program:

Point earning rates may be adjusted
Redemption levels may be modified
Qualifying activities may be added or removed
Program terms and conditions may be updated

Member Notification:

Material changes to the program will be communicated via email to members
Continued participation in the program following changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms
Program modifications are governed by applicable federal and state regulations
