Architectural Mailboxes offers a 1-Year Limited Manufacturer's Warranty. Architectural Mailboxes ("Company") guarantees this Product against defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and proper assembly, for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase. Company's obligation under this agreement is limited solely to repair or replacement by Company at Company's option, during the warranty period. This Warranty may not be modified or extended without the explicit authority from Company. Company's warranties herein apply only to Customer and do not extend, expressly or by implication, to any other person or entity, unless required by law. Dvault Locking Mailboxes
dVault offers a five-year limited warranty on all products with proof of purchase to the original owner. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and failure of moving parts under normal use. Florence Mailboxes - Warranty
Florence Manufacturing provides a five (5) year Limited Warranty on its products from the date of purchase from an Authorized Florence Dealer. This Warranty covers defects in material and workmanship of any manufactured item and Florence will, at its option, repair or replace a defective item or refund the price paid for the defective item. Gaines Manufacturing offers a 1-Year Limited Manufacturer's Warranty. Subject to the exclusions, limitations, disclaimers, limitations of remedy, and limitations of liability of this warranty, Gaines Manufacturing, Inc. warrants that its product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for the period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Helix Spira Mailboxes
Helix Spira offers 1-Year unconditional protection against any manufacturing defect. They also offer a "First Winter Guarantee" for their mailboxes, meaning: if a Spira mailbox is damaged by a snow plow during the first winter after purchase, Spira will replace the mailbox free of charge. This covers mailbox damage only. Warranty does not cover address plate and/or numbers.
Imperial Mailboxes
Imperial Mailbox Systems offers a (1) year limited warranty to the original purchaser covering defects in material and workmanship if reported in writing to Imperial Mailbox Systems within (1) year of the delivery date. Please see Page 25 of the Imperial Mailbox Catalog for full Warranty details.

Mailboss Locking Mailboxes
Mail Boss offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all Mail Boss products with proof of purchase to the original owner against manufacturing defects and any failure of moving parts under normal use. However, this warranty does not cover deliberate or accidental damage. This warranty also does not extend to misuse, finishes, rust, or improper installation. Rivers Edge offers a 1-Year Limited Warranty from date of purchase that covers against manufacture defects. The customer must have proof of date of purchase and where the mailbox was purchased.
Salsbury Mailboxes
Salsbury Industries provides a 3-Year Limited Warranty to the original purchaser. This 3-Year limited warranty is extended to 5 years for the 3300 series Cluster Box Units (CBUs), Regency CBUs and the 3400 and 3700 series 4C mailboxes. Please view their full Warranty Sheet for more information.

Items sold by Whitehall Products, LLC are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of sale, provided said items are used according to Whitehall Products, LLC recommended usages.
