How do I open the cluster mailbox master door and find my keys?
Cluster Box Units (CBUs) are accessed from the front through two (2) easy-to-open master door panels.

What to expect when your package arrives
We want your delivery experience to be as worry-free as possible. So, to that end, here are some important notes about what to expect when your cluster mailboxes are delivered:
The CBU Cabinet and Pedestal will ship in two (2) separate boxes (see table above).
The CBU and Pedestal will ship via Freight Carrier. They normally do not ship UPS or FedEx ground.
The Freight Carrier will call you at least one day in advance to schedule the delivery at your location.
You will need to be present at the time of delivery to inspect packaging and sign for the delivery.
How do I clean and maintain my CBU mailbox?
Cluster Box Units are simple to maintain and clean. Due to the durable nature of aerospace-grade aluminum and the weather-proof powder-coating, these units will resist erosion, scratching and peeling year after year. However, proper care and cleaning will keep your unit looking pristine and prevent environmental buildup.
Basic Mailbox Cleaning
Use a soft cloth dampened with a mild detergent or a properly diluted, biodegradable, water-based cleanser such as Simple Green™.
Avoid using abrasive cleaners such as Comet™ or Brillo Pads™, as they may scratch the surface of your CBU.
Simply wipe off the surface from top to bottom to avoid run-down.
Rinse with plain water and dry with a clean, soft cloth.
Avoid cleaning during extreme temperature conditions.
You can get a tiered discount right in the shopping cart if you purchase two or more mailboxes. For six or more cluster mailboxes, the cart automatically applies an even more substantial discount. Or, you can request a formal quote for your specific project.
I need to make a large purchase for multiple CBU Mailboxes. Can I mail a check?
Yes, we accept Check by Mail as a payment method in Checkout. Simply add your products to the Shopping Cart, select Check or Money Order as your payment method, and place your order. Your order will be “Pending” until we receive your check, and the deposit is successful.
What is the ideal foundation for installing a Cluster Mailbox?
What if I need a Cluster Mailbox with more than 16 tenant doors?
Depending on the number of tenant doors you need, you may need to purchase a 16-tenant CBU mailbox and another 8 tenant CBU mailbox. But if you need something to accommodate 18, 19, or 20 tenants, you can purchase a 4C Pedestal Mailboxafter getting approval from your local post office (important: 4C Pedestal Mailboxes require post office approval for USPS delivery).
How many keys come with the CBU Mailbox?
Every CBU Mailbox includes three (3) keys per tenant door. If you purchase a 16-tenant cluster mailbox, it will ship with forty-eight (48) compartment keys.
